AI Cert Prep Lab stores learning progress on your device. Apple handles product information, purchase authentication and course entitlements. This notice covers the current app and related Codeverything support pages.
Learning records
Practice, review and progress records are stored in the app's on-device storage. The app does not operate a developer account or cloud backend for those records. Do not assume cross-device progress synchronization.
Apple purchase services
Apple StoreKit loads product details and verifies access. Apple handles account authentication and payment processing. We do not receive your Apple password or payment-card credentials, and the app does not upload receipts to a developer-operated server. Apple processes its service data under its own policies.
Analytics and advertising
The current app has no developer-operated analytics, advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.
Support communications
If you email support@codeverything.cn, we receive the information you choose to send so we can respond. Do not include passwords, verification codes or unrelated personal information. A fixed support-mail retention period is not currently specified; contact us for questions or deletion requests, subject to any applicable record obligations.
This website
These product pages are static and include no analytics or contact forms. The website host may process technical request information such as IP address, requested URL and user agent for delivery and security. This notice does not claim that infrastructure access logs are absent or immediately deleted. Contact us about site-data handling.
Managing data
The in-app progress reset clears learning records, not Apple purchases. Removing the app can remove local study records; preserve any records you need first. For information sent to support, contact our support address. Apple-account and billing requests should use Apple's applicable services.
