The short version
Importing, framing and local preview do not upload a photo. Only after you read the notice, separately consent and start online generation are the selected photo and options sent to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio's pay-as-you-go API in North China 2 (Beijing). Our service does not persist source photos. Encrypted results are retained for recovery for up to 24 hours and can be deleted early in the app.
Information used for AI generation
Online generation processes the selected photo and options for use, age group, presentation, background, clothing, retouching, jewelry, glasses and generation tier. The verified purchased product fixes the tier. Upload only photos you are authorized to process.
Data on your device
The app stores local task records and up to three recent generated results for seven days. You can delete them in the app. These task directories and results are excluded from Apple device backup, and uninstalling removes local app data.
Online processing and retention
Online generation sends the photo and options to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio's pay-as-you-go API in North China 2 (Beijing). Import, preview, on-device background changes, cropping and repeat saves do not upload on their own. Our service does not persist source photos. Encrypted recovery results remain for up to 24 hours and can be deleted immediately in Privacy & Data. Alibaba Cloud processes API data under its terms and legal obligations; its pay-as-you-go privacy notice states that API call data is not used for model training.
Purchase and operational records
Limited task and transaction records are retained to verify purchases, prevent duplicate credits, restore delivery, handle refunds, and investigate safety or quality issues. They may include task and transaction identifiers, product and app identifiers, time, status, irreversible digests, generation and review versions, cost and limited result metadata, but not source photos or result content. Generation requests and consent records are deleted within 180 days after the task ends. Purchase and refund records are deleted or anonymized after applicable legal and transaction needs end.
Service providers
- Alibaba Cloud Model Studio pay-as-you-go API, North China 2 (Beijing): receives the photo and generation options for image generation and result review.
- Apple StoreKit processes in-app purchases. Our service receives limited Apple-verified transaction fields and never receives your Apple Account password.
System permissions
- Camera: capture a photo.
- System photo picker: read only the single photo you select, without full-library access.
- Add to Photos: used only when you choose to save.
What we do not do
- No advertising or sale of photos or personal information.
- No cross-app tracking or behavioral profiles.
- No use of your photos to train our own models; Alibaba Cloud's pay-as-you-go privacy notice states API call data is not used for model training.
- No child account or child identity details are required.
Children
Child mode is for ages 4–13 and must be operated by a parent or guardian who separately consents before upload. The app records the consent version, time, child age context and guardian confirmation. See the Children's Privacy Rules.
Your choices and deletion
You can refuse upload, withdraw future online-processing consent, delete device caches, and immediately delete encrypted online recovery results still within 24 hours. Records required for purchases, refunds and duplicate-credit prevention are not removed by the photo-delete button. For access, correction or lawful deletion requests, email support with matching in-app task information or an Apple purchase receipt.
Policy changes
If a released version changes these practices, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before that version launches.
