Common questions
Can I use a half-body or full-body photo?
Yes. Use one clear, near-front-facing person with hair and shoulders visible. The app detects the face and creates a tighter ID-photo crop or a more spacious professional portrait.
When is my photo uploaded?
Only after you read the cloud notice, explicitly consent and start online generation. Import, framing, local preview, on-device background changes, cropping and repeat saves do not start a new upload.
Can AI make me look like someone else?
The goal is to preserve identity and age while changing only formal framing, background, clothing and restrained retouching. AI cannot guarantee zero deviation. Compare facial features, face shape, hair, moles, freckles, scars and age traits before use.
Why do photo sizes differ?
Requirements vary by document, country and accepting organization. Choose the size for your actual use and verify the latest rules of the receiving organization.
How do I save a result?
Save it to Photos or use the system share sheet to save to Files or another app.
How long is a photo kept?
The device caches up to three current-task results for seven days. Our service does not persist source photos; encrypted recovery results remain for up to 24 hours and can be deleted immediately. Limited request and consent records remain for no more than 180 days.
How do I delete online recovery results or ask about records?
Open Privacy & Data in the app to delete encrypted recovery results or copy the task number. For a verified request, email the task number and Apple purchase receipt to support@codeverything.cn.
How should a child's photo be handled?
A parent or guardian must operate the flow for a child aged 4–13 and separately consent before upload. Child mode disables beauty retouching and uses age-appropriate formal clothing.
