PortraitMint provides pay-per-generation AI formal portraits and on-device cropping tools. You must review every result, and acceptance by an authority, passport, visa, examination or application system is not guaranteed. Purchasing, generating and exporting means you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
Eligibility and guardian responsibility
You must have the legal capacity required to use the service. Photos of children aged 4–13 must be handled by a parent or guardian who gives separate consent.
Photo authorization and lawful use
Upload only your own photo or a photo for which you have lawful, explicit authorization from the person shown and any required guardian. Do not impersonate others, forge identity material, violate privacy or publicity rights, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or evasive purposes.
Per-use purchases and delivery
The app is free to download. Standard and Advanced generation are separate consumable one-time products, with the actual price shown by the App Store. A successful result consumes one matching generation. If quality review fails and no result is delivered, the product rules return that generation. Apple handles payment, tax and refunds.
Generated results and formal use
AI can alter facial details, hair, skin texture, accessories or clothing. Compare the result with the original before saving. Size templates and automatic framing are conveniences, not compliance certification or a guarantee of acceptance.
AI-generated content labels
Exports from the China edition retain a visible AI-generated label and internal metadata. Do not maliciously remove, alter, forge or conceal labels required by law, and disclose AI-generated or synthetic content when a platform requires it.
Availability and changes
Online generation depends on Apple and third-party cloud services and may be unavailable because of network conditions, review, rate limits, maintenance or force majeure. Material changes to price, data processing or labeling are explained before the affected version launches.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by failing to review a result, violating an authority's rules, processing another person's photo without authorization, or removing a required label. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
